General Information:

Due to the recent increase in shipping costs, Allegro Music Online will now offer Priority Shipping with the charges below based on the amount of your music purchase (effective February 1, 2023).

Purchases in the amount of:
$.99-$9.99 - $6.99 shipping charge
$10.00 - $25.00 - $8.99 shipping charge
$25.01 - $40.00 - $9.99 shipping charge
$40.01 - $70.00 - $10.99 shipping charge
$70.01 - $100.00 - - $11.99 shipping charge
$100.01 - $200.00 - - $19.99 shipping charge
$200.01 - $300.00 - - $22.99 shipping charge
Orders over $300. 00 will be calculated by weight

Orders under the weight of 13 ounces will be shipped via First Class Mail.

Online Orders:    Select items you wish to order and add them to your SHOPPING BASKET by clicking on the Add One to Basket button.  You may review and modify your shopping basket contents at any time by clicking the  My Cart tab on the Navigation bar near the top of each page.  When you are finished shopping, click the Checkout tab on the Navigation Bar. Complete the online order form, and submit the order. You will then be shown an invoice that you can print out for your records if you wish.

You may Create an Account by entering a "login" name and a PASSWORD during your first CHECK-OUT process. This will securely store your name and address information so that in the future only your login name,  password, and credit card information have to be entered. This convenient feature, however, is optional.

All online orders are handled by our secure server which encrypts all information sent, including your credit card number, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.

We accept VISA and MasterCard. Credit cards are not charged until your order is packed and ready for shipment.

Returns and Replacements

Please select your music carefully. We will accept returns ONLY under the following terms:

• You must call (1-901-213-4262) for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before returning any music. This number must then appear on the outside of your returned package. Any music returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be credited. 
• Music must be returned in MINT condition. Any music returned to us bent or damaged in any way will not be credited. 
• If you received damaged music, it will be replaced with an exact replacement at no cost to you. The damage must be noted when calling for your return authorization. There will be no restocking fee on damaged merchandise. 
• All other returned music will incur a 20% restocking fee with a minimum fee of $2.00.
• All returns must be made within 30 days of your order date. 
• You will be responsible for return shipping costs on all merchandise except for damaged merchandise. Please pack all returned materials securely to avoid damage in shipment. 
• CDs and Tapes are not returnable once they are out of their original shrink wrap. 
• Books that include CDs are not returnable once the CDs are removed from their sealed pouches.
