Ordering, Shipping, and Returns Information

General Information:

Online Orders:    Select items you wish to order and add them to your SHOPPING BASKET by clicking on the Add One to Basket button.  You may review and modify your shopping basket contents at any time by clicking the  My Cart tab on the Navigation bar near the top of each page.  When you are finished shopping, click the Checkout tab on the Navigation Bar. Complete the online order form, and submit the order. You will then be shown an invoice that you can print out for your records if you wish.

You may Create an Account by entering a "login" name and a PASSWORD during your first CHECK-OUT process. This will securely store your name and address information so that in the future only your login name,  password, and credit card information have to be entered. This convenient feature, however, is optional.

All online orders are handled by our secure server which encrypts all information sent, including your credit card number, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. However, if you feel more comfortable, you can always call in in your credit card number after you place your order online via our  toll-free ORDER LINE at 1-888-564-9537.

We accept VISA and MasterCard. Credit cards are not charged until your order is packed and ready for shipment.

Please have your credit card handy as well as the item number(s) and title(s) when you call.   For your protection we verify all credit card information before shipping.  We will not charge your credit card until your merchandise is ready to  ship.

Sales Tax, Shipping & Delivery:

All prices shown are in US dollars.

The State of Tennessee requires us to collect 9.25% sales tax on all orders (including shipping costs) shipped to Tennessee addresses.

Domestic Orders (Contiguous 48 States)

All orders to the contiguous 48 states (for Alaska & Hawaii see below) are normally shipped via UPS Ground or USPS FIRST CLASS or PRIORITY MAIL at the rates shown below.  Domestic orders shipped to P.O. boxes may incur additional charges if postage exceeds UPS Ground service charges to that city. Any exceptions to the  rates listed below will be e-mailed to the customer for approval before shipping occurs.

UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.  We must have a street address to ship UPS.  

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and "Pouch" addresses.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories are shipped via U.S. First Class or Priority Mail at the weight-based rates shown below. Any exceptions to these rates will be e-mailed to the customer for approval before shipping occurs.

APO/FPO Orders

HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE
Although most packages shipped to APO/FPO addresses arrive in 7-10 days, the U.S. Post Office will not guarantee arrivals in time for Christmas for packages shipped to APO/FPO addresses after November 11th.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses will be via U.S. Priority Mail. Since these packages must be taken to the post office to mail because they require customs forms that must be attached and scanned by a postal employee, the shipping rates are higher than those for domestic orders. 

The shipping rates for APO/FPO orders are shown below. Any exceptions to these rates will be e-mailed to the customer for approval before shipping occurs.

If the weight of an APO/FPO exceeds 20 lbs, we will e-mail the customer with the shipping rate.

For APO/FPO orders enter either APO or FPO as the CITY and select AA, AE, or AP from the"STATE" pull-down menu.

Foreign Orders

We no longer ship to foreign countries.

Credit cards are not charged until your order is packed and ready for shipment.

Returns and Replacements

Please select your music carefully. We will accept returns ONLY under the following terms:

• You must call (1-888-564-9537) for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before returning any music. This number must then appear on the outside of your returned package. Any music returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be credited. 
• Music must be returned in MINT condition. Any music returned to us bent or damaged in any way will not be credited. 
• If you received damaged music, it will be replaced with an exact replacement at no cost to you. The damage must be noted when calling for your return authorization. There will be no restocking fee on damaged merchandise. 
• All other returned music will incur a 20% restocking fee with a minimum fee of $2.00.
• All returns must be made within 30 days of your order date. 
• You will be responsible for return shipping costs on all merchandise except for damaged merchandise. Please pack all returned materials securely to avoid damage in shipment. 
• CDs and Tapes are not returnable once they are out of their original shrink wrap. 
• Books that include CDs are not returnable once the CDs are removed from their sealed pouches.
