1. Do I have to
"log in" to
shop at Allegro Music Online?
No, you do not have to
log in to shop. However, by creating an account and logging in at the
beginning of each visit to our site, it will save you time at checkout and
allow you to take advantage of any discounts available to you.
2. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. Our entire line of
Suzuki Method materials is discounted 20% every day. We also offer
discounts each month on selected items featured in our monthly
specials.
Finally, we offer a 10% discount on instructional materials ordered by
music teachers. If you are a teacher, please see our Teachers
page for details on how to register for this discount.
3. How soon will my order
be shipped?
Most orders are shipped
within one working day after they are received, and virtually all orders
are shipped within two working days. Delivery times range from 2-3
days for domestic orders to 5-10 days for international orders.
4. How are shipping
charges computed.
Shipping charges on domestic
and APO/FPO orders are based on the dollar amount of merchandise purchased.
Shipping charges on international orders are based on the shipping weight

5. What credit cards
are accepted when purchasing items on Allegro Music Online?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard,
and American Express.
6. Do you have a
Newsletter?
Yes, we distribute a newsletter via
e-mail about once a month. This newsletter discusses new additions to the
website, monthly specials being offered, and other items of interest to our
customers. If you would like to subscribe, please visit our Newsletter
page for details. You may easily unsubscribe at any time.
7. Do you stock any
items other than those shown on the website?
Yes. Our "bricks and
mortar" retail store carries a much wider
inventory than what we show on the internet. If you desire a particular

8. How long have you been
in business?
Allegro Music began operating
in 1985 as a retail store in Memphis, Tennessee. It's online companion,
Allegro Music Online, was begun in 1998. Details of both can be found on
our About
Us page. From the beginning we have been a family
owned and operated business.
9. When I place my
order on the Internet, how will I know whether an item is in stock?
Once you submit your order,
you will receive an e-mail confirmation that indicates your order is being
processed. In the event an item associated with your order is not
available from stock, we will notify you within 48 hours with an estimated
ship date.
10. How do I cancel a
backordered item?
You can cancel a backorder by
calling 888-564-9537 if the order has not yet been shipped.
11. Can I add or delete
items from my order if I change my mind?
You can add or delete items
at any time during the order process before you give final confirmation of
the order. After your order has been submitted, you can still change
the order by contacting us at 888-564-9537 as long as it has not
already been shipped.
12. What do I do if I want
to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your
order after you submit it, please contact us by calling 888-564-9537 or
sending us an e-mail
requesting your order to be canceled.
13. Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, by law, Allegro Music Online
must charge sales tax on shipments to Tennessee. However, no sales tax is charged on
shipments to other states.
14. Does Allegro Music Online
Ship Internationally?
Absolutely! We ship virtually
anywhere in the world using the Global Express Mail and Global Priority
Mail services of the US Postal Service. Delivery times are typically 5-10
days.
Orders to be shipped to APO
and FPO addresses can only be delivered by the US Postal Service and are
shipped via Priority Mail. Deliver times are typically 5-7 days.
15. What is Allegro Music Online’s
Return Policy?
We truly appreciate your
business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
All credits, and
exchanges are for the value of the music items only, and do not include
shipping charges. All returned items must be in original condition. A
Return Authorization number must be obtained prior to returning any
merchandise.

16. Is online ordering
secure?
Yes! Allegro Music Online
employs technology called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure the highest
level of security for your online transactions. All sensitive information
(credit cards, phone numbers, addresses, etc.) is encrypted for transfer
to our server. It won't be able to be intercepted and decrypted because
the key resides only on our network servers.
17. What is my personal
information used for?
All information such as your
address, phone number, and shopping lists is completely confidential. This
information will be used only by Allegro Music Online for processing your
order and will not be given to any third party. In addition, you will not
be added to the Allegro Music Online mailing list unless you request
to be placed on it.
18. Why do I need an Account?
Your Account is your personal
profile for purchasing items on Allegro Music Online. It contains your
shipping and billing addresses, but does not contain your credit card
information. That you enter each time you checkout. By setting up an account and
logging in at the beginning of each visit, your information will be immediately
available at checkout to save you time and effort.
The account is for your personal convenience. It is optional. However, if
you are a teacher receiving our teacher's discount, you need to set up an
account and log in each visit so that your discounted prices are reflected on
your order.
19. How do I update my
account information?
To update any account
information, click on Account
on the navigation bar and then change any information in your profile.
20. What do I do if I
can't remember my password to access the My Account features?
When you establish your
Account profile, you will choose a password. If you forget your password,
click on "login" and then "Please Email Me My
Password". We will then e-mail your Allegro Music Online
Account password.

I'm having problems with your Web site?

22. Does the Allegro Music Online

Yes, if you have enabled your
